As a class we have been looking at art through the eyes of the artist, asking ourselves these questions when looking at each work:

What was thier motivation?

What were they trying to communicate to us?

With the one question that has no true answer...What is art?

We have started with the Impressionists and will be working our way through to the Pop Artists each time looking at what different artists created within each style as well as creating our own works inspired by these artists.
